The Body Shop has announced the appointment of Arjun Bhasin as Vice President – South Asia, a strategic leadership role in which he will oversee the retail business, customer experience, and learning and development initiatives across the region. Bhasin will also manage the South Asia portfolio for specialty partner Quest Retail Private Limited.
The appointment, effective August 2026, brings to The Body Shop a leader with decades of experience across the beauty, personal care, and retail sectors, positioning the brand for its next phase of growth in South Asia.
Prior to joining The Body Shop, Bhasin was Founder and Principal at Step Wise Advisory, where he advised organisations on business strategy, expansion, franchising, and transformational growth.
Earlier in his career, Bhasin held leadership roles at Kaya Limited, Lakme Lever (a division of Hindustan Unilever), Future Group, BIBA Apparels, Convergys, and Planet Sports.
In his new role at The Body Shop, Bhasin will bring this cross-sector expertise in retail operations, franchise management, business expansion, and talent development to bear on strengthening the brand’s presence across South Asian markets.
The appointment underscores The Body Shop’s continued investment in experienced regional leadership as it looks to expand its footprint and deepen its partnership with Quest Retail Private Limited across South Asia.
