Tata CLiQ Palette launches its first store where technology meets beauty

~A tech-enabled omni-channel beauty destination with an aim to help consumers find their beauty match, Tata CLiQ Palette has launched its first retail store in Navi Mumbai after the successful launch of its app~ 

National, 9th August, 2023:Tata CLiQ Palette, India’s beauty matchmaker from the house of Tata, has announced the grand opening of its innovative omni-channel beauty retail experience at Nexus Seawood Mall in Navi Mumbai. This exciting development comes hot on the heels of the successful launch of its groundbreaking beauty app recently. The store marks a significant milestone in the brand’s mission to revolutionize the offline beauty retail landscape by seamlessly integrating technology to help customers find their right beauty match, thus delivering an authentic and personalized beauty experience.

Tata CLiQ Palette recognizes that everyone’s beauty journey is different. Hence, with the state-of-the-art AI-enabled Beauty ID technology, the app personalizes every customer’s experience to match their unique beauty needs. It is a one-stop shop for all things beauty that provides personalized recommendations on beauty products to consumers based on their specific hair and skin types, beauty goals, and more. The brand is extending and enriching this experience further with the opening of its first store in Navi Mumbai.

Designed by Landor and Fitch, the store offers an immersive shopping experience through its experiential zones. Customers can interact with the CLiQ squad and professionals at the “Beauty Playground,” which offers guidance and education. The Palette Professional studio offers an eco-conscious way for customers to explore and test beauty products through cutting-edge AR devices, such as the Palette Match Finder, a mirror technology that allows customers to virtually experiment with different makeup looks to discover their ideal beauty style. In addition, the studio features the Palette Beauty Console, which gathers pertinent customer information such as gender, age, and skin type. It scans their face to provide a comprehensive analysis of the customer’s skin health and then recommends personalized products tailored to their specific needs. The store also has a Fragrance experience table where customers can explore different fragrance notes.

The gifting section at the store allows customers to curate their gift boxes based on occasions, moods, or personal preferences. Additionally, personalized product engravings are available on tools, perfumes, lipsticks, and more, adding a touch of uniqueness to each purchase. The store also features a dynamic space for seasonal discoveries, enabling brand collaborations, launches, and curated festive stories, providing customers with fresh and engaging experiences.
