Sneakrz opens first store in Guwahati, plans 50 more by 2029

Sneakrz, the multi-brand performance footwear retail concept by Brandman Retail, has launched its first store in Guwahati. Positioned as more than a retail outlet, the store brings together global sneaker brands including New Balance, On, Saucony, Puma, Adidas, and Asics, within a setting designed to connect movement, design, and culture.

Stores in Noida, Mumbai, and Delhi are already in the pipeline, with more than 10 outlets signed across Adani Airports and high-street locations. The brand is targeting 50 stores nationwide by 2029, with plans to expand into Tier 2 cities, travel hubs, and high-street destinations.

“Our sneaker story is still being written in India,” said Kashika Malhotra, Founder of Sneakrz. “For many of us, sneakers are how we express ourselves, through movement, through fashion, through culture. Sneakrz is our way of creating a platform that feels global but speaks in a distinctly Indian voice. With India’s ₹12,000 crore sneaker market growing at over 15% CAGR, Sneakrz is poised to ride this wave. We aim to build a culture that’s inclusive, conscious, and unapologetically Indian.”

The brand’s upcoming stores will feature locally inspired design elements such as bamboo, handcrafted visuals, and upcycled materials, alongside limited-edition launches and collaborations with Indian artists and NGOs. Each outlet will reflect the spirit of its location, from celebrating craft in Guwahati to drawing inspiration from Mumbai’s coastal energy and street art scene.

Launched in 2024, Sneakrz is Brandman Retail’s sneaker-focused platform, combining global athletic footwear with an experiential and community-driven retail approach.
