Brady House, an exemplar of Indo-Saracenic architecture, retains its grand ornate moldings and columns, creating a space that marries timelessness with contemporary style. By blending traditional craftsmanship with modern design, the boutique reflects Zoya’s global sensibility while staying rooted in Indian heritage. Guests are invited to indulge in “me-time” and explore their love for fine jewellery amid delicately crafted paper art and wall etchings that narrate the inspirations behind Zoya’s creations. The space is bright and airy, thanks to high ceilings and large windows that let in natural light. Signature chandeliers cast a soft glow on lush interiors in hues of skin, white, blush, and champagne, thoughtfully designed to remind the Zoya woman that she is the central figure in this story.

The boutique seamlessly transitions from open gallery spaces to smaller, intimate zones. The bespoke area is a haven of creative expression, where clients can collaborate with Zoya’s master designers to create custom pieces. “Zoya is the jewel in Titan’s crown, bringing alive rich Indian narratives of craft through meaningful pieces of wearable art,” said Ajoy Chawla. “We are delighted to open our 10th boutique today in Kala Ghoda, celebrating Zoya’s distinguished design language through patented stone cuts and settings.”

Ajoy Chawla added, “Titan is India’s largest lifestyle company. With Zoya, we wanted to create a luxury product that was as meaningful as it was beautiful. Over 15 years, the brand has created a niche for itself with a distinguished design language, with innovations like patented cuts and design, rare stone shapes while maintaining its celebration of Indian craft stories. Brady House at Kala Ghoda is our 10th boutique. When it comes to luxury products you have to carefully consider many factors like location, size of boutique, neighbors etc. We are already present in 9 cities and will look to expand that footprint to cities we feel are ready for a luxury product like Zoya. In this fiscal year, where we celebrate 15 years, we will look to open 15 boutiques.”

He continued, “A Bain and Company report estimates that the luxury market will grow to 3.5x its current size by 2030. Zoya has had a CAGR of around 40%. We have doubled our customer base over the last three years and over the next two expect to grow it by 2.5x.” Zoya’s revenue was just shy of Rs 300 cr last year and the brand is now looking to reach over 1000 cr in the next five years.
