Vivek Sandhwar appointed Business Head at Arvind Limited

Arvind Limited has appointed retail veteran Vivek Sandhwar as Business Head for The Arvind Store (TAS) and AD businesses, effective July 2026. Sandhwar will steer the next phase of growth, retail performance and consumer strategy for the two businesses, while also overseeing the consumer and marketing agenda for Arvind’s fabrics business.

The appointment brings over two decades of leadership experience across some of India’s most recognised fashion and lifestyle brands to Arvind’s retail and fabrics portfolio.

Sandhwar joins Arvind Limited after nearly four years as Chief Operating Officer at Being Human Clothing, where he held full P&L accountability across retail, department stores, distribution, ecommerce, marketing and product functions. During his tenure, he led an omnichannel transformation that took the brand’s footprint past 750 points of sale, alongside a brand repositioning centred on cultural relevance, sustainability and consumer-led innovation.

Prior to Being Human, he spent over three years at Raymond Limited, first as Chief Product Officer & Director – Marketing & VM, where he shaped product, marketing and category strategy for Parx and Accessories, and steered the marketing, visual merchandising and digital strategy across ColorPlus, Park Avenue, Parx, Ethnix and Raymond RTW. Earlier in that stint, as Brand Director for ColorPlus, he led the brand’s strategic pivot into a golf-inspired sport-lifestyle identity.

Sandhwar’s career also includes leadership roles at Arvind Fashions Limited, where he headed the kidswear portfolio spanning USPA Kids, The Children’s Place and Flying Machine Kids, and at Indus League Clothing, where he ran a ₹140-crore P&L across Converse, Umbro and Champion.

He spent nine years at Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited in progressively senior roles, including Assistant Business Head for U.S. Polo Assn. and Head of Marketing, where he built long-standing brand associations with cricketer Virat Kohli and multiple IPL teams.

He began his retail career in design and category management roles at Levi Strauss & Co. and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, and was the first designer hired for Levi’s in India.
