Mysore Saree Udyog has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of a new collection of scented sarees. These sarees combine Mysore Crepe Silk with fragrances such as lemon, jasmine, rose, and oudh white.
These sarees feature intricate designs with Jasmine Butta or traditional Butta patterns and luxurious Zari work on the borders and pallus. The collection uses a special, long-lasting fragrance technology ensuring the scent lasts for up to 10 dry washes. The Scented Saree Collection offers a multi-sensory experience, merging heritage craftsmanship with modern luxury.
The brand is also developing more scents to further expand their scented saree collection.
Founded in 1932, Mysore Saree Udyog is a family-run institution in Indian ethnic fashion. Initially dealing with the manufacture and bulk supply of real gold threads (Jari/Zari), the family-owned business has evolved over nearly nine decades to include wholesale silk yarn and fabric, and subsequently into retailing.
