Ahead of International Women’s Day, Myntra has unveiled ‘MynShakti,’ a dedicated Women Seller Program aimed at empowering women-led businesses in the e-commerce space. The initiative seeks to accelerate the growth of women entrepreneurs by offering essential tools, resources, and mentorship, reinforcing Myntra’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity in business.
In its pilot phase, MynShakti plans to onboard approximately 100 women sellers in fashion, beauty, and home categories, providing them with seamless integration support on the platform. The program offers a structured approach to business growth through:
- Personalised Onboarding & Account Management – Dedicated support for smooth platform integration and business optimisation.
- Training & Business Insights – Operational guidance on catalogue management, pricing, and market trends.
- Expert-led Webinars & Mentorship – Strategic insights on marketing, order fulfillment, and scaling operations.
- Marketing & Growth Support – Enhanced visibility and engagement through targeted recommendations.

MynShakti builds on the success of ShECommerce, Myntra’s flagship women empowerment initiative launched in August 2024, which now boasts a thriving community of over 6,000 members. Key programs under ShECommerce include industry webinars, mentorship for college students, and experiential learning opportunities at Myntra’s Bangalore HQ.
