French fashion brand Kiabi makes Asian debut with Myntra partnership

French apparel brand Kiabi has announced its entry into the Asian market by partnering with Myntra, India’s leading online fashion platform. This marks Kiabi’s first foray into Asia, with India being its initial target market.

As part of the Mulliez Family Association, which includes renowned brands like Decathlon, Auchan, and Leroy Merlin, Kiabi is set to offer over 500 products across various categories, catering to women, men, and children.

Myntra, already home to over 400 international brands and adding more each year, has positioned itself as the preferred platform for global brands aiming to enter the Indian market. The partnership with Kiabi underscores Myntra’s commitment to providing diverse fashion options to its customer base.

Kiabi’s vision includes offering stylish and sustainable clothing for families worldwide. With a dedicated online store on the Myntra app, Kiabi aims to reach a broad audience across the country.

“Thanks to the strength and prowess of a key player like Myntra, we simplify the access to fashion for everyone, accessible to all,” François Haimez, International Leader at Kiabi said.

With India being a significant player in Kiabi’s global operations for over two decades, the brand’s expertise in sourcing and supply chain management is expected to enhance its presence in the Indian market.

Kiabi, founded in France in 1978, has grown into a global fashion brand with a presence in 25 countries and a turnover of 2.2 billion euros in 2022. Dedicated to serving families, Kiabi aims to offer desirable and accessible fashion collections, designed by a team of in-house stylists.
