Leadership Comments

Commenting on the results, CEO Nikhil Aggarwal said: “We are pleased to report a strong performance in Q2 and H1FY27, delivering consistent double-digit volume growth in both Q1 and Q2, despite the festive season shifting to Q3 this year. This reflects the strength of the Campus brand and our continued focus on understanding evolving consumer preferences.

Our focus on product innovation and portfolio expansion continues to strengthen our proposition across consumer segments. We launched 160+ new SKUs during H1FY27, reinforcing our efforts to stay relevant to evolving consumer needs. Our Women’s & kids’ portfolio recorded strong growth of ~29% YoY in H1FY27, contributing 23% to overall volumes and underscoring strong consumer acceptance. Premiumization trends remain encouraging, with ASP growth supported by a higher share of premium SKUs and strong market response to refreshed collections. Our entry into performance footwear and initiatives such as the Outplay by Campus Kids campaign reflect our commitment to expanding into new consumer segments and tapping new growth opportunities.

While navigating a challenging macroeconomic environment, we remained focused on driving profitable growth through calibrated pricing actions, prudent sourcing, productivity improvements and a focus on product mix. These measures, supported by disciplined execution, remain central to managing cost pressures while sustaining growth momentum.

Looking ahead, we remain firmly anchored to our long-term strategy of innovation, agility, and a consumer-first approach. As we enter the festive season, we remain focused on serving consumer demand effectively while building on the momentum generated in the first half of the year. We believe our brand strength, expanding product portfolio and distribution network position us well to capture the long-term growth opportunity in India’s footwear market.”
