Bombay Shirt Company, India’s pioneering online custom-made shirt brand, has inaugurated its 20th store in the Seawoods area of Navi Mumbai. This marks the brand’s first venture into Navi Mumbai.
Established in 2012, Bombay Shirt Company has expanded its offerings beyond custom-made shirts to include tailored bottom wear, tees, and most recently, high-quality tailor-made blazers. These products are now available at their newly opened Seawoods store.
“A lot of the people who shop at the 7 stores we already have in Mumbai reside in Navi Mumbai. We hope the new layout of the store is something that works well for the customer by minimizing visual clutter and helping them make an informed purchase based on their needs,” says Akshay Narvekar, Founder & CEO, Bombay Shirt Company.
The store features an innovative layout, replacing traditional product racks with display boxes featuring mannequins to represent each category. Customers can select fabrics for custom-made shirts, blazers, jeans, chinos, and pants. Additionally, a large screen allows customers to preview their chosen shirt design with selected customizations.
Assisting customers throughout this process are the store’s stylists, who guide customers in choosing fabrics that best match their preferences and requirements.
