Titan Company has announced major changes in its senior management, appointing new leaders for two of its key divisions. Arun Narayan will become CEO of the jewellery division starting January 1, 2026, succeeding Ajoy Chawla, who is set to take over as the company’s Managing Director on the same date. Meanwhile, Kuruvilla Markose will assume the role of CEO of the watches division from August 13, 2025, following the exit of current head Suparna Mitra.
Arun Narayan, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta, brings nearly 30 years of experience. He has held several leadership positions across retail, marketing, and sales and is a Tata Administrative Services (TAS) officer. Currently, he is leading Tanishq India’s retail, marketing, and merchandising.
Kuruvilla Markose, also from the TAS cadre, is presently the CEO of Titan’s International Business Division. He joined Titan in 2015 as Chief Digital Officer and has played a key role in the company’s global expansion. Markose holds an MBA from IIFT Delhi and has three decades of cross-sector experience spanning FMCG, telecom, consulting, and retail.
These appointments are part of Titan Company’s ongoing leadership transition, aimed at strengthening the company’s position in the luxury retail market and supporting its growth ambitions.
