ace turtle, a leading technology-native retail company in India, has announced the appointment of Karandeep Singh Jaiya as its new Chief Business Officer. Jaiya will oversee the business operations of multiple brands within the company, focusing on expanding ace turtle’s fashion and toys portfolio.

Jaiya brings over 25 years of experience in retail management, with expertise in P&L management, buying and merchandising, and retail operations across India and the UAE. His background spans various categories, including apparel, homeware, beauty products, fashion, and electronics. Additionally, he has crafted buying and revenue strategies for e-commerce platforms.
Previously, Jaiya served as the brand head for Jack & Jones at Bestseller India, enhancing the brand’s market presence. He also held significant roles at Lifestyle, Landmark Group in Dubai, managing a US$ 180 million business and overseeing 180 stores and e-commerce channels across the GCC. At Shoppers Stop, he revitalized the denim business and managed a substantial revenue portfolio.
