Footwear brand Crocs India has appointed Tanveer Kaur as Business Development Lead Manager for Pan India. Tanveer announced the move on LinkedIn on Wednesday. She will be based out of the company’s Gurugram office and will focus on new market expansion and commercial development.
Tanveer joins from H&M, where she most recently served as Leasing Manager in Delhi, working on business development and commercial real estate. Before that, she was Distribution and Real Estate Manager for South Asia at Swarovski. In that role, she built and maintained the master distribution plan covering India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal across multiple store formats and online.
Her earlier tenure at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail saw her lead North and East India expansion for Tasva, the men’s ethnic wear label created with designer Tarun Tahiliani. Before that, Tanveer spent close to three years at Lenskart, managing pan-India store expansion for its premium brand John Jacobs and for Lenskart’s mall stores. She also worked at Mumuso India, developing its franchise model and channel network across North India’s Tier 1, 2 and 3 markets.
Tanveer’s appointment comes as retail brands in India compete for prime high-street and mall locations. Her background in site selection, lease negotiation, and store-level financial analysis is likely to be central to Crocs India’s growth plans.
