Vercelli, the Italian luxury menswear house renowned for its premium fabrics and bespoke tailoring, has officially entered the Indian retail landscape with the launch of its first flagship store in Juhu, Mumbai.
This strategic expansion is backed by Rishab World, the 95-year-old textile enterprise that holds Vercelli’s India license. With deep-rooted expertise in fabrics and distribution, the company is now positioning Vercelli as a leading force in India’s premium menswear segment.
For over a decade, Vercelli has operated in India through select premium multi-brand outlets under its official India licensee. The launch of this exclusive store marks a significant shift toward a direct-to-consumer luxury presence.
Spanning 4,500 sq. ft. across two levels in Juhu, Mumbai, the flagship establishes Vercelli as a standalone luxury address – bringing its complete philosophy, craftsmanship, and client experience under one roof.
The ground floor showcases the Ready-to-Wear collection comprising Italian fabric-led shirts, tailored jackets, structured trousers, premium knits, and accessories. The upper level houses the bespoke studio, featuring curated Italian fabric libraries and private fitting chambers. Garments are measured in India and crafted in Italy before delivery.
The brand’s design direction is shaped by Guido Bertagnolio, a celebrated designer with over 60 years of experience, including two decades dedicated to soft tailoring and contemporary elegance. His deep understanding of fabrics defines the material excellence that Vercelli is known for globally.
