The collaboration aims to enhance Zouk’s inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping processes as the brand expands both online and offline.
Founded in 2016, Zouk is a proudly Indian, 100% vegan brand offering handcrafted bags, luggage, and accessories. Operating in the booming USD 17 billion online fashion and lifestyle market, Zouk reaches customers via its website, app, and platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata Cliq, and Nykaa, as well as quick-commerce players such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. The brand currently fulfills nearly 40,000 online orders every month.
With growing demand from both metro cities and smaller towns, Zouk is now using Unicommerce’s integrated platform to manage warehouse operations, track inventory, and streamline returns.
For smoother shipping, Zouk also uses Shipway, a logistics automation solution by Unicommerce, which helps select the most efficient courier partners and enables reverse logistics and tracking across 29,000+ pin codes.
