TechnoSport, India’s fastest-growing activewear brand, has opened its biggest Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) at Sarath City Capital Mall, Hyderabad. Spanning 4,200 sq. ft. on the first floor, the flagship marks a key milestone in the brand’s retail journey and strengthens its expanding presence across South India.
The store was inaugurated by Telugu actor Teja Sajja, alongside TechnoSport CEO Puspen Maity and Director Amit Santhalia. The launch saw strong turnout from consumers and fitness enthusiasts, amplified by the brand’s recent on-ground activation in Hyderabad centred on sun protection and performance wear.
With this opening, TechnoSport’s EBO network has grown to 28 stores nationwide, reinforcing its rapid offline expansion. The Hyderabad flagship also plays a strategic role in the brand’s ambition to build a network of 300 exclusive outlets across India, serving as a high-visibility metro showcase for its upcoming large-format stores.
Speaking at the event, Puspen Maity, CEO, TechnoSport, said, “The launch represents an important step in deepening the brand’s connection with fitness-conscious consumers in the region. Hyderabad has emerged as one of India’s most dynamic, youth-driven markets, making it the ideal location for TechnoSport’s biggest store. The brand’s offline channel has been growing strongly, with our Exclusive Brand Outlet format maintaining a 100% year-on-year growth trajectory and delivering consistently strong store-level performance. With Hyderabad’s high footfalls and active lifestyle culture, we are confident that the new flagship will quickly become one of the brand’s top-performing stores.”
The store houses TechnoSport’s full range of performance-driven apparel engineered for Indian climate and lifestyle needs. Key innovations include Cotflex with 4-way stretch, Techno Dry moisture-wicking fabric, and Matpiq with a soft-matte finish, along with technologies such as TECHNOCOOL+, Technowarm, TechnoGuard, and UPF 50+ sun protection.
The flagship also elevates the in-store experience through advanced digital retailing. The outlet features India’s first-ever Holoflex transparent LED screen, offering a hyper-immersive façade for dynamic visual merchandising. An upgraded POS system and enhanced digital touchpoints further streamline navigation, billing, and product discovery.
TechnoSport is accelerating its retail footprint with new stores planned across Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, and other key markets in the South. In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, upcoming launches are slated for Vizag, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, and Anantapur. Central India will see new stores in Bilaspur, Durg, Bhopal, and Jabalpur, as part of the brand’s cluster-based expansion strategy.
