Zoya, the fine jewellery brand from the House of Tata, has expanded its presence by opening its first boutique in East India.
Located in a heritage bungalow on Shakespeare Sarani Road, Kolkata, the flagship store was inaugurated by Ajoy Chawla, CEO of Titan’s Jewellery Division, alongside designer and author Twinkle Khanna.
“Zoya finds a perfect home in Kolkata, where modern luxury meets rich cultural heritage. Reflecting the spirit of being ‘alive,’ Zoya celebrates the timeless journey of women in a city that truly appreciates art and culture,” shared Ajoy Chawla.
The store is designed to offer a luxury experience, featuring handcrafted murals, sculptures, and bespoke interiors aimed at reflecting the journey of self-discovery. A signature design element – a handcrafted paper chandelier, symbolises the path of the Zoya woman.
“Zoya is a brand with cultural capital – I love how each piece is not only beautifully crafted but that it tells a story that celebrates its muse. The Zoya store extends this narrative, creating a space that exemplifies our heritage,” said Twinkle Khanna.
Zoya’s new boutique offers spaces for personalised consultations, private lounges, and flexible discussion rooms to facilitate bespoke jewellery creation and exploration of its collections.
The launch event showcased Zoya’s collection “Alive,” with Twinkle Khanna wearing the ‘An Autumn Breath’ necklace. The piece features a 9-carat lemon quartz in Zoya’s Bloom Cut™️, accented with diamonds, rhodolite garnets, citrines, and tourmalines.
Established 15 years ago, Zoya now operates exclusive outlets in major cities including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The brand also offers video-assisted consultations and home trials, ensuring personalised services for its customers.
