Actor Rashmika Mandanna has launched her own fragrance brand, Dear Diary, marking her debut as a beauty entrepreneur. The brand was developed in collaboration with global partner The PCA Companies.
Dear Diary follows a direct-to-consumer model and offers fragrances priced between Rs 599 and Rs 2,599.
Drawing inspiration from her personal experiences and memories, Dear Diary aims to be more than just a perfume line. Mandanna describes it as an intimate way for people to carry their own stories and emotions through scent.
“For me, fragrance is memory… With Dear Diary, I wanted to give everyone a way to carry their stories with them—to connect, to feel comforted, to feel a warm hug, and to express who they are, unapologetically,” she noted.
The debut collection features three distinct fragrances named National Crush, Irreplaceable, and Controversial. Each scent reflects different phases or experiences from Rashmika’s life. Dear Diary’s products incorporate ingredients like Indian rose, lotus, jasmine, sugarcane, lychee, and passionfruit to blend traditional Indian elements with contemporary style.
The brand builds on the narrative of Mandanna’s earlier digital series titled “Dear Diary,” sharing personal and emotional stories through the medium of fragrance.
Dear Diary products will be available primarily through the brand’s own website.
