During her tenure, Pachisia played a pivotal role in transforming Zivame from a primarily online lingerie brand into a robust omnichannel ecosystem. Under her leadership, the brand strengthened its retail footprint across India, built operational efficiency across functions, and reinforced its identity as a comfort-first, inclusive brand catering to women nationwide.
“When I joined Zivame, it was to build a strong financial foundation — to bring structure, discipline, and strategic clarity to a brand with incredible potential. Over time, that role grew, and so did I. What began as a focus on numbers and processes transformed into a larger purpose — to lead Zivame’s journey as CEO and shape its vision of making intimatewear accessible to every woman across India. Over the years, Zivame became more than just a brand for me. It became a movement — one that stood for comfort, confidence, and inclusivity. Building this from a single-channel online brand to a truly omnichannel ecosystem has been one of the most complex yet rewarding experiences of my career,” she wrote on LinkedIn.
“I’ve had the privilege of working with some visionary leaders and an extraordinary team — people who didn’t just do their jobs, but lived the brand’s purpose. Together, we built not just a business, but a culture — one that stood for inclusivity, empathy, and understanding women’s needs in a way no one else did. I’m immensely grateful to the incredible team at Zivame — past and present — who believed in this mission and poured their hearts into it every single day.”
Before joining Zivame, Pachisia held senior leadership roles at Nike India and Tejas Networks, with earlier stints at Symphony Services and Ernst & Young. Known for her strategic acumen and people-centric leadership, she has been instrumental in building scalable business models and driving growth through financial and operational excellence.
As she steps away from Zivame, Pachisia expressed gratitude to her team and signaled readiness for new beginnings: “Here’s to endings that feel full — and to new beginnings waiting just around the corner.”
Zivame, founded in 2011, has been a pioneer in reshaping India’s intimatewear retail landscape, focusing on comfort, body positivity, and accessibility for women across demographics. Pachisia’s departure marks the end of a defining chapter in the brand’s growth story.
