Retail industry professional Himanshu Sharma has joined G&R Group as Business Head – Retail Operations, where he will lead retail operations across the group’s portfolio of international and premium brands including Skechers, Levi’s, New Balance, Puma, Fabindia, Fossil, W, and Aurelia.
In his new role, Sharma will focus on strengthening retail operations, enhancing customer experience, improving store profitability, and driving strategic growth across the group’s expanding multi-brand retail network.
Experience in Scaling Retail Businesses
Himanshu Sharma brings extensive experience in the retail and fashion industry, with strong expertise in business transformation, retail expansion, team leadership, and operational excellence. Prior to joining G&R Group, he was associated with GMG Group (UAE) in the Health & Beauty vertical, where he contributed to building performance-driven retail environments and driving business growth.
He is known for building high-performing teams, driving business performance, and implementing structured retail processes across multi-brand environments. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in delivering sustainable growth and operational efficiency across dynamic retail businesses.
His appointment reflects G&R Group’s continued focus on strengthening its operational capabilities and scaling its retail footprint across premium and international brand partnerships.

G&R Group has been active in the retail industry since 2008, when it began its journey with two Levi’s stores in Chandigarh.
