Broadway’s “Shop Till You Glow” festival, held from November 22-24, 2024, has been marked as a major success in the beauty retail space. The event saw over 6,000 attendees and resulted in a significant 3X surge in beauty category sales. Featuring 35+ participating brands and 100+ creators, the festival attracted a reach of over 20 million, solidifying its impact on the capital’s beauty scene.
The three-day event brought together leading D2C beauty brands, including D’you, Nish Hair, Neude, Typsy, and Mama Earth, among others, offering attendees the chance to discover innovative beauty products and experience hands-on activities. One of the main attractions was the “Experience Zones,” which included gamified sampling activities such as claw machines filled with over 3,000 product samples and interactive product trials. Additionally, attendees enjoyed face and hair makeovers, facials, and hair styling in the “Beauty on Air” area.
The festival also hosted masterclasses and workshops, with renowned makeup artist Bhumika Bhal leading a session on Day 2. Other prominent beauty and lifestyle influencers, including Sakshi Sindwani, discussed topics like inclusive beauty and self-love. The event concluded with a surprise meet-and-greet by beauty expert Meenakshi Dutt.
Broadway used exclusive offers, bundles, and limited-time discounts to drive on-the-spot purchases, creating excitement throughout the event and fostering meaningful connections among creators and attendees.
