Brand Studio Lifestyle expands its fashion portfolio to the Middle East

Bengaluru-based fashion company Brand Studio Lifestyle (BSL) has taken a significant stride in its global expansion plan by venturing into the Middle East e-commerce market. The company, known for its diverse fashion brands such as Highlander, Tokyo Talkies, Vishudh, Ketch, and Locomotive, has formed partnerships with key e-commerce platforms including Styli, Noon, Namshi, and Centerpoint based in the UAE, the company announced in a release.

Founded in 2015, Brand Studio Lifestyle has experienced consistent growth, boasting an impressive annual growth rate (CAGR) of 38% over the past eight years. Recognized in India for its contemporary and Gen Z-centric fashion trends, the company is extending its presence to the Middle East, making its portfolio available to consumers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.

The move comes as the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce segment gains traction in the Middle East, particularly among the region’s digital-native population. With a focus on catering to tech-savvy consumers influenced by social media trends, BSL aims to provide a fresh and trendy shopping experience for fashion enthusiasts in the Middle East.

CEO of Brand Studio Lifestyle, Shyam Prasad, expressed his excitement about the expansion, stating, “We are excited to announce our foray into the e-commerce market in the Middle East countries. At Brand Studio Lifestyle, we strive to offer trending fashion options to customers worldwide. Our home-grown fashion brands are now available to fashion enthusiasts in the Middle East,”

“Our expansion into the flourishing GCC e-commerce market is in line with our objective of providing a diverse range of fashion choices to our global clientele. Our vision to deliver on-trend fashion through a robust fashion supply chain ecosystem is still the driving force behind our global expansion,” Prasad added.

Collaborating with e-commerce platforms such as Styli, Noon, Namshi, and Centerpoint, BSL aims to tap into the flourishing GCC e-commerce market and connect with the region’s growing base of fashion-forward consumers.

“We are excited to partner with Brand Studio Lifestyle to bring its fashion-forward & Gen Z-centric portfolio of brands to consumers in the Middle East. We look forward to growing this partnership over the long term and continue to offer consumers the best in global fast fashion,” Nirmal Jain, CEO of Styli (Landmark Group) said.

Brand Studio Lifestyle’s entry into the UAE market marks the initial phase of its global expansion strategy. Targeting Gen Z fashion consumers, the company plans to make a strong impact in the Middle East market by continuously enhancing its offerings and exploring additional categories and products. Plans include expanding the brand’s presence in South & South East Asia and European markets.

Brand Studio Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2015 and based in Bangalore, Karnataka, operates as a House of Fashion Brands offering a diverse range of fashion clothing under brands including Highlander, Tokyo Talkies, Vishudh, Ketch, and Locomotive. The company champions consumer-centric fashion trends through digital platforms, catering to the wardrobe needs of young men and women with options for every occasion. With an innovative business model and a focus on affordability, trendiness, and dynamism, Brand Studio Lifestyle has become a notable player in the fashion industry.
