M·A·C Cosmetics India has unveiled ‘Forever in M·A·C,’ a new bridal campaign centered on the Indian wedding family portrait. The campaign captures the lead-up to that moment — the getting-ready process, individual personalities, and the coordination that precedes the final photograph.
The accompanying film features model Tania Shroff as the bride, with Ujjwala Raut playing her mother, Ankit as her brother, Subiksha Shivakumar as her bridesmaid, and Nejm as her cousin. It shows M·A·C artists completing hair, makeup and styling for each character before the group assembles for the portrait, interspersing beauty close-ups and product shots with scenes of the cast’s individual personalities.
The campaign is the first work created specifically for the Indian market by Nicola Formichetti since he became M·A·C’s Global Creative Director.
Speaking about the campaign, Formichetti says, “M·A·C and India naturally belong together. India has this incredible beauty community – the love of colour, the artistry, the cultural richness. It’s not just about makeup. It’s about celebrating the individuality and tradition India brings. It’s a match made in heaven. Since the beginning, M·A·C has stood for artistry, individuality, and self-expression. This campaign stays true to that legacy, but it speaks to a new generation – one that moves seamlessly between tradition and modernity. It’s classic M·A·C, but reimagined through a fresh lens.
We’re celebrating these beautiful moments, blending local relevance with a global perspective. That’s what makes the magic happen. We are honored to celebrate these special moments with all of you. At M·A·C, we’re your toolbox of creativity, here to make these moments truly special and unforgettable.”
The M·A·C Cosmetics Bridal Collection is currently available through Nykaa, Sephora, Tira, Myntra, and the quick-commerce platform Zepto.
M·A·C, founded in Toronto more than 30 years ago, is part of The Estée Lauder Companies and is sold in over 130 countries and territories.
