ARKS, the lifestyle and apparel brand founded by actor Ranbir Kapoor, has appointed Dhruv Mathur as its new Chief Executive Officer, the company announced on Monday, marking a planned leadership transition that sees co-founder and CEO Abhinav Verma step down from his executive role.
Mathur, who currently serves as ARKS’ Chief Operating Officer, moves into the top job with deep institutional knowledge and a strong grasp of the business as he takes on this expanded leadership mandate.
Verma, who co-founded the brand, has been credited with building ARKS from the ground up — shaping its strategic vision, laying its operational foundation, and steering its growth into one of India’s emerging premium lifestyle labels. He is expected to continue working closely with the leadership team to ensure a smooth handover.
Under the continued stewardship of founder Ranbir Kapoor, ARKS said it is entering this new chapter with a clear roadmap for long-term growth.
