Ed-a-Mamma unveils Spring-Summer 2026 collection Summer Stories

Ed-a-Mamma, the sustainable clothing and lifestyle brand for children founded by Alia Bhatt, welcomes the season of sunshine with its Spring-Summer 2026 collection, titled ‘Summer Stories’. Designed around the way children experience the season – curious, playful and free – Summer Stories brings together pieces that are light, breathable and easy to wear, with comfort at its core.

The collection unfolds like a storybook of summer moods, expressed through thoughtfully crafted capsules. Citrus Bloom brings in bursts of freshness and energy, Little Skies explores softer, calmer hues, Pixel Petals adds a playful, modern twist to florals, while Tiny Tropic introduces a bright, vacation-ready feel.

Designed for infants (0–4 years) and growing kids (4–14 years), the collection focuses on easy silhouettes and fabrics that feel gentle on the skin. Airy and breathable cottons, textured knits and lightweight denims come together to create pieces that are – built for Indian summers and everything they bring with them.

Remaining true to the brand’s conscious philosophy, every garment has been thoughtfully designed with both children and the planet in mind. From natural fabrics and AZO-free, non-toxic dyes to GOTS-certified organic cotton for infants, the collection prioritizes safety, comfort, and environmental responsibility. Considered details such as plastic-free buttons, nickel-free trims, and recycled sewing threads are paired with Zero Liquid Discharge-compliant denims developed using significantly less water – bringing together mindful material choices and modern design in a way that feels both responsible and enduring.

Commenting on the launch, Alia Bhatt, Founder of Ed-a-Mamma said, “This Spring Summer collection from Ed-a-Mamma is really about celebrating those little things that make childhood so magical. We wanted it to feel light, easy and full of personality, clothes that kids can actually live in… run around, explore, get messy and just be themselves. We’ve worked with soft, breathable fabrics, happy colours and nature-inspired prints because that connection to the outdoors has always been such a big part of what we do. For us, it’s always been about creating pieces that feel good in every sense, comfortable, thoughtfully made and a little kinder to the planet.”

Extending its commitment beyond clothing, Ed-a-Mamma continues to build meaningful impact through its initiatives. For every babycare unit sold, the brand helps recover 0.5 kg of plastic through waste recovery efforts across India. Each garment carries a #PlantABeej seedball, encouraging children to engage with nature in a hands-on way. The journey is completed with biodegradable packaging, and upcycled fabric scraps transformed into toys, potlis and playful keepsakes – ensuring that nothing goes to waste.

With Summer Stories, Ed-a-Mamma invites children to step into a season of simple joys – where days are warmer, laughter is louder and every moment holds the promise of a new story waiting to unfold.

The collection is available on www.edamamma.com and in flagship stores across Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Raipur.
