Raymond Lifestyle Limited has announced the appointment of Nameet Srivastava as the Brand Head – Chairman’s Collection. This strategic move places a seasoned veteran with over two decades of luxury design and retail expertise at the helm of the company’s most prestigious portfolio.
In his new role, Srivastava is tasked with leading the brand’s overarching strategy, strengthening its positioning in the luxury market, and driving a refreshed narrative for the Chairman’s Collection. His responsibilities include overseeing product storytelling and enhancing consumer engagement within the high-end menswear segment.
Srivastava’s journey within the Raymond ecosystem began in 2010. Over the last 16 years, he has been instrumental in several of the group’s most successful ventures. Most notably, as the Category Head for Ethnix by Raymond, he transformed the brand into a market leader. Under his leadership, Ethnix achieved three-fold growth.
Srivastava is also recognised for launching “Khadi – The Story Re-spun” in 2017, bridging traditional Indian textiles with modern retail.
With a career spanning 26 years, Srivastava’s trajectory is a testament to the evolution of the Indian fashion industry. He began his career in 1996 assisting the “Fashion Guru” James Ferreira, later honing his craft with pioneer designers like Neeta Lulla.
Before his long tenure at Raymond, he spent five years at Roopam & Roop Milan, where he was strategically involved in global brand building across five countries and managed the design of high-profile bridal and groom wear catalogues.
Raymond Lifestyle Limited’s decision to appoint Srivastava to the Chairman’s Collection reflects a commitment to elevating its premium offerings. He is expected to reinforce the brand’s equity at a time when the luxury menswear market is seeing increased demand for distinctive, high-quality customer experiences.
