Fashion q-comm startup KNOT secures $5 million in fresh funding

Mumbai-based instant fashion delivery platform KNOT has secured $5 million in a new funding round led by 12 Flags, with continued participation from existing investors Kae Capital and Boundless Ventures. The raise comes just three months after the company’s previous round in August 2025, signalling strong investor confidence in its rapid execution and growing consumer traction.

Founded in 2025 by IIT Bombay graduates Archit Nanda and Rachit Bansal, KNOT is positioning itself at the intersection of culture, technology, and convenience. The platform promises a reimagined fashion shopping experience through hyperlocal distribution, creator-led discovery, AI-enabled try-ons, and doorstep trials—all delivered within 60 minutes.

According to the company, KNOT has seen orders climb to 350+ per day, marking a 3X jump in three months. The new funds will be deployed to expand its 60-minute delivery network across Mumbai and into new cities, while strengthening micro-warehousing, routing, and last-mile operations. The platform is also ramping up its brand roster, onboarding leading names such as Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, and Allen Solly to broaden its premium assortment.

Key features such as AI Try-On, 60-minute delivery, and Try & Buy are resonating strongly with Gen Z and millennial shoppers who prioritise speed, convenience, and flexibility.

KNOT is building a next-generation fashion commerce layer for India, offering a seamless blend of online convenience and offline confidence through 60-minute deliveries and at-home trials.

The company is backed by investors including Kae Capital, WEH Ventures, iSeed, All In Capital, Titan Capital, and Sparrow Capital.
