Benetton Group has appointed Nikhil Upadhye as its new Managing DirectorΒ for India. He will take over from Ramprasad Sridharan, who stepped down from his role earlier this year to pursue a new professional opportunity.
Upadhye will take charge from 16th October 2025. He had previously served as the Commercial Director in Benetton India till February 2025.
In his previous roles, Upadhye has worked with Idea Cellular, Reebok, Tata Wolverine, Welspun UK, Jio before joining Benetton in 2017 in his first stint with the company.

Thanking the outgoing MD, Benetton said, βRam has provided valuable leadership to the company post COVID-19. During this period, the brand consolidated its position and grew its market position through a multi-channel approach, effective product offering and enhanced communication approach.”
