Premium fashion and lifestyle retailer Shoppers Stop has leased a sprawling 26,000 sq. ft. space at Ghaziabad’s Migsun MiGente. The long-term lease, spanning 21 years, covers the Ground and First Floors of the mall and carries a rental value of approximately Rs 29 lakh.
This new store marks a significant milestone in Shoppers Stop’s ongoing retail expansion journey, especially in high-potential urban markets like Ghaziabad. As the anchor tenant of the commercial project, Shoppers Stop is set to attract significant footfall and further catalyse commercial activity in the region.
