Seasoned e-commerce and retail professional, Kunal Behl, has been appointed by Victoria’s Secret & Co. India as Head of E-Commerce. Behl will lead the brand’s digital and online growth strategy, focusing on enhancing customer engagement. He will be responsible for driving business performance across India as well as growing e-commerce operations.
Kunal Behl brings over a decade of experience in fashion retail and e-commerce, having held multiple leadership roles at Forever New Apparels and Forever New Clothing. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager – E-Commerce at Forever New Apparels, where he led innovative digital strategies to improve online sales and customer experiences. During his tenure, he drove a 40% year-on-year growth in e-commerce business, introduced new products contributing over 5% of website revenue, and implemented operational improvements, including a Magento 2 order management system and policies to reduce returns.
Before that, Behl held key roles in planning and merchandising at Forever New Clothing, where he managed inventory, optimised stock allocation, and leveraged data analytics to improve profitability and operational efficiency. His career also includes early experience in buying, planning, and merchandising at Marks & Spencer.

At Forever New Apparels, he served as Senior Manager – E-Commerce (Feb 2024 – Sep 2025) and E-Commerce Manager (Aug 2023 – Feb 2024), leading digital strategies that drove online growth and enhanced customer experiences. Before that, at Forever New Clothing, he held roles including Deputy Planning Manager, Assistant Planning Manager, Planner, and Planning Executive, managing buying, inventory, stock allocation, merchandising, and promotions. His achievements include implementing data-driven analytics for profitability, introducing new products contributing over 5% to website revenue, driving a 40% year-on-year growth in e-commerce, reducing returns through new policies, migrating systems to Magento 2 and Uni-commerce, and cutting logistics costs by 5%. Behl started his career as a summer intern in the Buying & Merchandising team at Marks & Spencer and has built expertise across analytical skills, business analysis, financial analysis, leadership, management, and customer service.
