Japanese global apparel retailer UNIQLO has announced the opening of a second store in Mumbai, to be located at Oberoi Mall in Goregaon East. The new store, scheduled to open on October 20, represents the latest in the company’s strategic expansion in India. This comes after a two-week period following the previous announcement of UNIQLO’s first Mumbai store, which is set to open at Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla, on October 6.

UNIQLO in Oberoi Mall, Goregaon will be positioned on the ground floor with a total sales area of approximately 7,500 sq. ft., and features prominent branding, visible from the mall entrance. The clothes will be showcased on a high wall display, bringing the store’s modern and innovative design appeal to life.

Both new Mumbai stores will offer UNIQLO’s range of LifeWear collections for men, women, kids and babies, with its thoughtfully designed, high-quality, and functional products that are made for all. Last month, UNIQLO announced its first Mumbai store, to open on October 6 in the largest shopping mall in Mumbai, Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla.
UNIQLO Phoenix Marketcity will be spread over two floors (lower ground and ground floor) with a total sales area of approximately 11,500 sq. ft.
The store will feature prominent store-front branding through UNIQLO’s distinctive red colour, with both floors featuring the brand’s distinctive high energy LED ticker running through stainless fixtures that convey a contemporary mood.
