UnderNeat appoints Gyan Prakash Srivastava as AVP – Retail

D2C shapewear and intimate apparel brand UnderNeat today announced the appointment of Gyan Prakash Srivastava as AVP – Retail, as the brand accelerates its offline expansion.

With 16+ years of experience across Manyavar Mohey, Lacoste, Adidas, Bata, and Videocon, Srivastava brings strong expertise in retail expansion, product, and customer experience. His expertise spans scaling brands, building high-performing retail networks, and delivering profitable expansion across fashion, footwear, sportswear, and premium menswear categories.

Most recently, Srivastava served as Brand Head at Devo, the premium men’s ethnicwear brand under Siyaram Silk Mills. At UnderNeat, he will lead the development of offline retail infrastructure, focusing on store expansion, execution excellence, and delivering impactful customer experiences at scale.

This appointment marks a significant step in strengthening UnderNeat’s retail journey.

Launched by internet celebrity Kusha Kapila and retail veteran Vimarsh Razdan, UnderNeat focuses on body-positive, functional shapewear designed for diverse body types and the Indian climates.
