Snitch expands beyond apparel with debut sneaker line 9691

Menswear brand SNITCH has entered the lifestyle footwear space with the launch of 9691, a sneaker collection aimed at the urban Indian man. The drop marks a significant expansion of the brand’s fashion portfolio beyond apparel and signals its ambition to become a full-stack fashion destination.

The collection takes its design cues from the rhythms of contemporary city life — the back-and-forth between office hours and after-hours, between professional obligations and social spontaneity. Rather than positioning the sneakers as collectibles or hype objects, SNITCH has leaned into everyday wearability as its core proposition.

The 9691 range features low-top silhouettes with clean, modern lines. The colourways are practical and versatile: white with forest green accents, monochrome black, navy with gum soles, muted beige, and light grey. Layered panel detailing and subtle contrast elements round out the design language, making the sneakers compatible with everything from relaxed streetwear to smart casual workday looks.
