Ethnic wear brand Shobitam has launched its first-ever mall store at Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru. Known for its handcrafted collections and global reach, Shobitam was founded by sisters Aparna and Ambika Thyagarajan and is endorsed by actress Vidya Balan.
The store features an extensive range of sarees including Kanjivaram, Banarasi, Ikat, Mysore, and Gadwal silks, along with ready-to-wear sarees, cotton, linen, and embroidered varieties like Chikankari and Kalamkari. The brand also offers jewellery and home décor.
“Shobitam’s partnership with Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru reflects our commitment to curating a retail mix that blends tradition with trend, caters to a discerning, high-spending audience, and taps into North Bengaluru’s growing demand for experiential retail,” wrote the mall’s official page on LinkedIn.
Shobitam’s entry into Bhartiya Mall aligns with the mall’s focus on offering a curated mix of traditional and modern retail experiences for North Bengaluru’s premium shopper base.
The launch marks a key milestone for the brand as it expands its offline presence in India.
