PALMONAS, the rapidly growing demi-fine jewelry brand, has strengthened its leadership suite with the appointment of Hitesh Magoo as its Vice President of Retail and Retention Marketing.
Magoo brings over ten years of diversified experience across e-commerce, food tech, and luxury lifestyle sectors. Most recently, he served as Director of Repeat Business & Demand Generation at CaratLane. His transition marks a strategic move for PALMONAS as the brand seeks to bridge the gap between aggressive customer acquisition and long-term brand loyalty in the competitive fashion and jewellery sector.
During his three-and-a-half-year stint, Magoo was instrumental in scaling user activation and revenue. He pivoted from Head of Repeat Business to a broader Director role, overseeing investment schemes, lead management, and overarching demand strategy.
Before entering the jewelry space, Magoo spent over six years at Zomato. Rising from an Individual Contributor to City Lead for Partner Growth in Mumbai, he played a pivotal role in the platform’s hyper-growth phase, mastering the art of cluster management and partner relations.
His experience also includes leadership roles at Unacademy (Associate Director of Content Sales) and the alcobev industry with United Breweries and Aryen Beverages, where he led luxury product launches.
The appointment signals PALMONAS’s intent to double down on its omnichannel presence. By hiring a leader with deep roots in both “repeat business” and “retail marketing,” the brand is positioning itself to optimize its store footprint while maximizing the lifetime value (LTV) of its digital customer base.
In a similar move, the Shraddha Kapoor-backed demi-fine jewellery brand also recently tapped former CaratLane executive Prashant Lele as its VP of Finance.
