Neetu Kashiramka has announced her decision to step down from her role as Managing Director at VIP Industries Limited, one of India’s leading luggage and travel accessories companies.
Kashiramka – who had been with VIP Industries Limited for five-and-a-half-years – shared the update on LinkedIn. Her post reflected on her enriching tenure and she expressed gratitude to the Board of Directors and the entire VIP team for their trust and collaboration.
“The journey has been immensely rewarding — marked by transformation, collaboration, and growth,” she wrote, adding, “As I move forward to explore new opportunities, I do so with immense pride in what we have achieved and with deep appreciation for the relationships and experiences that have shaped me along the way.”
She is currently serving as Independent Director for Billionbrains Garage Ventures Limited (Groww), one of India’s fastest-growing financial services company.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Kashiramka brings over two decades of experience in finance and corporate leadership. She joined VIP Industries in April 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, later taking on roles including Executive Director & CFO, Managing Director & CFO, and most recently Managing Director from February 2024 to October 2025.
Before joining VIP, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Greaves Cotton Limited for over two years and spent 17 years at Jyothy Laboratories Ltd, where she rose through the ranks from Assistant Manager to Vice President – Finance.
