Myntra elevates Naman Srivastava to Director of Category Management

Myntra, one of India’s leading fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platforms, has elevated Naman Srivastava to the role of Director — Category Management, effective March 2026. The move comes after a four-year tenure at the company during which Srivastava steadily rose through the ranks, from Deputy Director to Associate Director, and now to Director.

Announcing the promotion on LinkedIn, Srivastava attributed the milestone to a culture of experimentation and rapid learning. “This phase has been shaped by building through experimentation, rapid learning and continuously evolving how we create for customers at scale. Grateful for the teams I’ve built with and the leaders who’ve trusted me with bigger bets along the way,” he said.

Srivastava brings over 12 years of experience in India’s e-commerce ecosystem. Prior to Myntra, he served as Category Head for Men’s Wear at Bewakoof.com, and before that spent over four years at Flipkart, where he led the Shirts, Suits & Blazers category within the Men’s Clothing buying division, delivering 70% year-on-year growth and driving a 2x expansion of the formal segment.

Between his stints at established e-commerce players, Srivastava took an entrepreneurial detour as a Founding Member and Head of Products at Bambrew, a sustainability-focused startup developing bamboo-based packaging alternatives.

Srivastava is an alumnus of IIM Kozhikode and NIFT.
