Max Fashion launches largest store in India spanning over 25,000 sq.ft.

MAX Fashion, which is present in 200 cities n India, is now moving towards building its market in Kerala. The Dubai based international chain has set a new record with the opening of its largest store in Kochi, spanning over 25,000 sq.ft.

The new store is the brand’s 465th in India and 850th globally. MAX’s first India store was established in Indore in 2006.

With 100 more stores planned in the coming year, MAX – Landmark Group’s leading value fashion brand offering clothing, accessories and footwear – is gearing up for steady expansion across top tier and developing cities in the country.

The brand has also strengthened its digital and social presence with 9 lakh Instagram followers, 1.7 million Facebook fans and over 10 million Max Fashion App downloads.

Sumit Chandna, Deputy CEO, MAX Fashion India, said, “We are elated at the opening of our largest India store in ‘God’s Own Country’. With an expansive 25,000 sq. ft. people will be spoilt for choice. With latest trends and fashion from across the globe, this is our Onam gift to Kerala.”

Actor Honey Rose unveiled a 6000 sq.ft. Pookalam installation made with more than 8000 clothing items at the marquee launch in Kochi. The clothes from this remarkable assortment will be donated to children through an NGO. Created by artist Dudu, this extraordinary celebration of fashion, culture and giving-back to the society speaks for the brand’s dedication towards empowering fashion enthusiasts nationwide.

New Brand Positioning

With its new brand positioning, ‘Max Style Min Price’, the large format store in Kochi offers a unique retail experience at attractive prices. The brand’s commitment to inclusivity ensures that fashion is accessible to people of all ages and sizes, fostering a culture of confidence and self-expression.

The collection for kids starts at Rs 129, and trendy styles for fashion-forward youth are priced at Rs 199, onwards. The Cobalt Blue collection – which includes elevated cool styles for young and contemporary audiences – the Comic Culture T-shirts line with many graphics and designs from the world of thematics & OTT series, and Naruto and DragonBallZ, two new additions to the anime collections, add glitz and glamour to the store.

As per Pallavi Pandey, Head Marketing, Max Fashion India Spokesperson, the store also comes with a 5000 sq.ft. Home Centre built inside it to take care of all home needs.
