Libas, India’s leading ultra-fast fashion brand, has become the first Indian D2C fashion brand to reach a Rs 1,000 crore Annual Run Rate (ARR), marking a significant milestone in the evolution of the country’s direct-to-consumer ecosystem. The company is on track to deliver ~30% year-on-year growth in FY2026, while continuing to remain EBITDA positive — reinforcing a disciplined focus on profitable, sustainable scale.
The Rs 1,000 crore ARR milestone reflects the brand’s current annualised pace of business, signalling strong consumer demand, repeat behaviour, and consistent growth momentum across channels. Founded in 2014, Libas has built a rare trajectory, becoming the first fashion-focused D2C brand in India to reach Rs 500 crore in revenue while being fully bootstrapped, before scaling rapidly to its current run rate within a short span post its 2024 fundraise.
Growth has been driven by a robust omnichannel strategy. In FY2026, Libas opened 28 new stores, compared to 10 in the previous year, and plans to launch 50+ stores in FY2027. Its Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) already contributed more than Rs 100 crore in net sales, while the brand’s owned channels continued to scale rapidly, reinforcing strong momentum across its direct-to-consumer business.
Commenting on the milestone, Sidhant Keshwani, Founder & CEO, Libas, said, “Operating at a Rs 1,000 crore ARR is a reflection of the pace and consistency of our growth. Having built our first Rs 500 crore entirely bootstrapped, and now scaling further while remaining profitable, reinforces our belief in building a fundamentally strong business. We see this as a milestone in motion, and not a finish line.”
This milestone further strengthens Libas’s position as a leading player in India’s fashion D2C landscape, demonstrating a rare combination of scale, profitability, and capital efficiency. With strong momentum across both digital and offline channels, the brand is well-positioned to accelerate its next phase of growth while continuing to deepen its connect with consumers across the country.
