Located on the lower ground floor, the newly created cluster is positioned as the largest jewellery retail zone in the region.

The zone already houses prominent brands including Tanishq, Indriya, Malabar, CaratLane, BlueStone, Zen Diamond, Origem, Forevermark and GIVA, with additional brands expected to join in the coming months. The initiative reflects a strategic move towards focused retail clusters designed to enhance customer experience while driving stronger engagement and footfall for participating brands.

The creation of Jewel Souk is rooted in the unique nature of jewellery buying behaviour. Unlike impulse-driven retail categories, jewellery purchases are typically intentional, high-value and closely linked to occasions and personal milestones. The flooring establishes openness and flow across the space, while structured ceiling elements provide architectural definition and elegance. Carefully calibrated lighting highlights storefronts and enhances product visibility while maintaining a warm, inviting ambience. The design intent is to initiate the shopping experience at the zone level, reinforcing the premium and experiential nature of the category.

“The intent was simple — make the experience begin the moment a customer steps onto the floor, not just when they enter a store. Customers slow down in the zone, move from one store to another and spend more time exploring, allowing the space to behave like a destination rather than just another part of the mall,” said Salim Roopani, Regional Director – North, Nexus Select Malls.
