Japanese skincare brand Forlle’d known for its high-tech formulations has officially entered the Indian market. The brand, which utilizes patented technology for skin health, launched at a Mumbai event on April 18, 2024.
Founded in 2004 by Dr. Makoto Hatto, Forlle’d has developed a unique method of micronizing and ionizing high molecular weight structures to create its product line. This approach allows for the noninvasive delivery of active ingredients to all skin layers, aiding in moisture retention and enhancing natural skin regeneration and immunity.
Forlle’d products are produced in a pharma-grade facility and are distinguished by their use of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid combined with ionized minerals.
Forlle’d’s skincare solutions are designed to minimize skin irritation by using patented ingredients at low concentrations, while still maintaining high efficacy. These claims are supported by third-party laboratory and dermatological research. The products aim to support the natural processes of the skin without disrupting the skin barrier.
This year marks Forlle’d’s 20th anniversary, and the brand is now available in over 55 countries. In India, Forlle’d products are initially available exclusively at Glow Clinic by Dr. Varshini Reddy in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore, with further expansions planned through its distribution partner, Skin Matters Pvt Ltd.
The brand offers a range of skincare products suitable for various skin types and ages, including the Platinum Range for anti-aging, the Deep Moisturizing P-effect Line featuring low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, the AC Clear Range for oily skin with prebiotics, the BW Line for skin tone balancing and pigmentation, the Sensiskin line for sensitive skin, along with eye products and cleansers based on the Japanese Double Cleansing system.
