Hidesign has appointed retail industry veteran Aseem Pande as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Pande announced the move on LinkedIn today, sharing that he has taken on the new role at the Puducherry-headquartered premium leather goods brand.
Pande brings over two decades of multi-category experience across fashion, lifestyle, QSR and hospitality. Before joining Hidesign, he served as Vice President & Head of National Retailing Operations at Arvind Fashions Limited from June 2021 to December 2025, overseeing large-format retail operations, distribution, franchise management and profitability across leading fashion brands.
Prior to Arvind Fashions, he was with PVH Corp. as Vice President for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, where he led business development, strategy and people leadership mandates. His earlier career includes an extended stint with Tommy Hilfiger India across roles such as National Retail Director and Retail Director – North.
Pande began his career in the hospitality and restaurant industry with leading names including Grand Hyatt, Taj Hotels, Ruby Tuesday Jeddah and Pizza Hut, gaining strong exposure in operations, customer service and team development before transitioning into fashion retail.
Founded in 1977, Hidesign is known for its handcrafted leather bags and accessories. The brand has been expanding its retail network and product portfolio in recent years. Pande’s appointment as CRO signals the company’s focus on scaling revenue, sharpening retail execution and strengthening brand presence in an increasingly competitive premium accessories market.
