Forever New Apparels Pvt. Ltd. has appointed retail industry veteran Ripudaman Sharma as Vice President – Retail, effective January 2026. Sharma shared the move on social media, expressing enthusiasm about taking on the new responsibility with the womenswear fashion brand.
Sharma brings over 21 years of experience across retail, sales, and hospitality, with proven expertise in profitability enhancement, like-for-like growth, large-format retail expansion, operational excellence, visual merchandising, inventory management, business planning, and people development. He has led both COCO and partner-led store operations across North, South, and East India.
Before joining Forever New, Sharma spent nearly 11 years at Bestseller India, where he played multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as National Sales Manager, following earlier stints as Zonal Head – South & East and Regional Manager – North. During his tenure, he handled large-scale retail networks, led expansion strategies, managed turnovers upwards of Rs 200–250 crore across regions, and built high-performing teams.
Sharma has also previously worked with Benetton India as Area Manager and began his career with Pizza Hut, gaining grounding in operations and customer service.
