Bestseller India elevates Manoj Natu to Head – Growth & Partner Relations

Bestseller India has appointed Manoj Natu as Head – Growth & Partner Relations, expanding his leadership responsibilities to oversee growth strategy and partnership development for two of its marquee brands — Jack & Jones and SELECTED.

Natu, who has been with Bestseller India for over six years, steps into the elevated role after serving as National Sales Manager since November 2019. In his new capacity, he will be tasked with driving scalable growth, deepening the company’s partner ecosystem, and expanding brand presence across key markets in India.

Sharing his excitement on LinkedIn, Natu said he was “grateful to the leadership team and seniors for their trust and continued support,” and expressed his intent to focus on “building sharper, more agile partnerships and unlocking sustainable business opportunities” as retail continues to evolve.

The promotion signals Bestseller India’s intent to double down on its wholesale and franchise-led growth model at a time when the Indian fashion retail market is witnessing significant channel expansion — both in physical retail and omnichannel formats.

Natu brings nearly two decades of experience in fashion retail to the role. Prior to Bestseller India, he served as National Head of Retail Operations at Spykar Lifestyles for over four years, and held Regional Sales Manager responsibilities at VF Corporation for more than six years, where he focused on retail operations and franchise network development. Earlier stints at Lee Cooper and Pepe Jeans gave him a strong grounding in store operations, merchandising, and retail profitability.

With this appointment, Bestseller India — the Indian arm of the Danish fashion group behind brands including Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, and ONLY — reinforces its leadership bench as it looks to consolidate and grow its retail footprint across the country.
