Amisha Jain has been appointed as the new MD and CEO of Arvind Fashions, effective August 13. She succeeds Shailesh Chaturvedi, who will work alongside her to ensure a seamless transition.
Amisha brings over 25 years of experience across the technology, consumer, and retail sectors. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and SVP at Levi Strauss & Co. for South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Non-EU regions. She announced this move on her LinkedIn page.

Amisha began her career at Motorola Inc., where she rose to the position of Senior Manager. She later joined Nike India as an independent consultant, contributing to strategic development across distribution, retail, merchandising—including product and pricing—and operations.
She went on to serve as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising senior executives in retail, consumer goods, and hi-tech industries. Her work spanned strategy, marketing, innovation, and operations.
At Nike, she also served as the National Head of Sales and Distribution in India, leading the retail marketplace across all channels and product categories.
Amisha has previously held leadership roles including COO and EVP at Arvind Sports Lifestyle, and later as CEO of Zivame.
