AceVector Limited has announced the appointment of Anil Kumar as its Group Company Secretary in an official release.
Kumar brings over 15 years of expertise in corporate governance, legal, and secretarial compliance. In his new role, he will oversee corporate secretarial functions across AceVector’s portfolio, including Snapdeal, Unicommerce eSolutions, Shipway Technology, and Stellaro Brands. His key responsibilities include ensuring statutory compliance, managing SEBI regulations, liaising with regulatory authorities, and advising on corporate governance matters, and organising board and general meetings.
Before joining AceVector, Kumar was the Head of Legal, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Ethos Limited, India’s largest luxury Swiss watch retailer, and also served at Parabolic Drugs Limited.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Kumar stated, “I am pleased to assume the role of Group Company Secretary at AceVector. My primary focus is to provide guidance and support to the board and management on all regulatory matters while promoting organisational transparency and governance. I look forward to collaborating with the team to achieve our shared strategic goals.”
A commerce graduate from Nagpur University and a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Kumar has also held leadership positions in the Institute’s Chandigarh Chapter.
