ace turtle, India’s tech-driven retail enterprise transforming consumer shopping experiences, today announced the appointment of Alok Dubey as Chief Business Officer, further bolstering its leadership team as the company accelerates its next phase of growth.
In his new role, Dubey will lead the business vertical that oversees the iconic heritage brands Lee® and Wrangler® in India and select South Asian markets and would report directly to Chief Executive Officer Nitin Chhabra.
Dubey is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and brings over three decades of rich and successful retail and brand management experience, having held senior leadership positions at Apparel Group, Reliance Brands, Arvind Fashions, Swatch Group and Titan. His most coveted role was 18 years at Arvind Fashions as CEO where he spearheaded and built US Polo Assn and Flying Machine as large profitable brands across geographies. Dubey made notable contribution in his stint at Reliance Brands where he launched La Martina and turned around Gas Jeans and Vision Express into profitable ventures. His most recent stint was with Apparel Group India as CEO heading Beverly Hills Polo Club and R&B labels.

Last month, ace turtle strengthened its fashion portfolio by adding Amsterdam-based G-STAR to its existing roster of iconic fashion brands, including Lee and Wrangler.
