Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited has appointed Rishi Marwah as General Manager for Allen Solly Men’s Casual Wear, placing him at the helm of product strategy and innovation for one of the country’s best-recognised menswear brands.
Marwah, an MBA post-graduate from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Mumbai, steps into the role with over 15 years of experience spanning retail planning, buying, and merchandising across some of India’s most reputed fashion and lifestyle companies.
In his new capacity, Marwah will drive revenue growth, gross profit targets, and inventory management for the casual menswear line. His mandate also encompasses product innovation, merchandising, market research, sourcing, manufacturing cost management, and go-to-market planning across styles, colours, and fits.

It builds on my prior experience in brand management with Allen Solly.”
Marwah’s appointment follows a distinguished career that includes senior roles at Reliance Retail, where he served as Assistant General Manager for four years, and Lifestyle International, where he managed menswear private labels. Earlier in his career, he served as Head of Buying at Iconic Fashion India and held a Senior Manager position at the luxury womenswear brand Satya Paul.
