Agilitas appoints Prashant Kohli as Brand Director for Lotto

Sportswear company Agilitas has appointed Prashant Kohli as Brand Director, where he will lead brand-building efforts for Italian sportswear label Lotto in India.

Kohli announced the move on LinkedIn, stating that after more than 15 years of working with brands in advisory and strategic roles, he is now stepping into an operating role to help build Lotto as a “sports-inspired cultural icon” in the country.

At Agilitas, Kohli will work closely with the leadership team including Abhishek Ganguly, Amit Prabhu and Atul Bajaj, focusing on shaping Lotto’s cultural and marketing narrative as the brand strengthens its presence in India’s growing sportswear market.

Kohli brings over a decade and a half of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and cultural marketing. Over the course of his career, he has worked with global brands such as Netflix, LinkedIn, Diageo and Apple India, helping drive growth strategies and marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Agilitas, he served as National Head – Digital Excellence (Creative, Tech, Content) at Leo Burnett India. He has also held leadership roles including Chief Marketing Officer at Wiggles.in and Senior Director of Marketing (Consultant) at Newton School.

Earlier in his career, Kohli spent several years at The Glitch, where he led strategy and creative functions, and also worked as Indian Strategy Lead for Apple Inc. at TBWA\Media Arts Lab.

With expertise spanning brand management, digital strategy, go-to-market planning, and consumer insights, Kohli is expected to play a key role in positioning Lotto more strongly within India’s competitive sports and lifestyle segment as Agilitas continues to build the brand in the market.
