Fashion and lifestyle retailer Myntra today announced the appointment of Mansi Agarwal as Senior Director, Business Development, where she will focus on scaling Myntra’s international brands portfolio and driving partnerships with leading global brands in the Fashion and Beauty space.
Sharing the update on LinkedIn, Mansi described the move as the beginning of a new chapter, noting that after “an incredibly meaningful chapter” in Bombay, she is excited to move to Bengaluru and join Myntra. She added that fashion and retail are spaces she cares deeply about, and that she looks forward to contributing meaningfully, learning from the team, and helping build what comes next.
Myntra continues to strengthen its position as the preferred destination for international fashion, beauty and lifestyle with an expansive portfolio of over 450 brands. The company has added over 40 global brands in 2025, significantly expanding its trend-first portfolio across fashion and beauty.
Some of the recent additions include BERSHKA, NEXT, Desigual, The Ordinary and H&M Beauty, among others. Notably, nearly 45% of demand for international brands on Myntra was driven by non-metro markets, a trend that continues to hold, reflecting a sustained shift in premium consumption beyond metros and a growing appetite for global fashion across India.
Mansi brings close to 17 years of experience across organisations such as Trent Limited, the Aditya Birla Group, Bennett Coleman & Co., and Goldman Sachs, along with entrepreneurial building experience. Over the years, she has driven impact at the intersection of scale and agility, combining structured thinking with collaborative leadership and a strong ability to translate strategy into execution across different stages of business growth.
Her appointment comes as Myntra sharpens its focus on scaling its international brands portfolio, reinforcing its position as the partner of choice for global fashion and beauty brands entering and expanding in India.
